About the department

The Department of Forensic Expertise of the Faculty of Law of the State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University trains specialists in the specialty 05/40/03 of the Russian Federation and 00/53/02 of the Kyrgyz Republic «Forensic Expertise» (specialization: forensic examinations).

The structure and content of training in the specialty «Forensic Expertise» is focused on their employment in government organizations and institutions providing expert services, law enforcement agencies, courts, legal consultations, in accordance with specialization not only within the Kyrgyz Republic, but also abroad.

A brief history of the department

The Department of Forensic Expertise   is an educational and scientific structural unit of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University and has been operating as an independent unit at the Faculty of Law since September 1, 2005 (Order of the Rector of the KRSU for №278-p dated August 30, 2005).

In 2008, the first graduation of certified specialists (forensic experts) was carried out, who work both in Kyrgyzstan and in neighboring countries (Russia, Kazakhstan).

Currently studying  153  students, citizens not only from the Kyrgyz Republic, but also from the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan.

A brief history of the department

The Department of Administrative and Financial Law of the Faculty of Law of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University was formed on February 1, 1998 by order of the rector № 10-p dated January 12, 1998 based on the decision of the Academic Council of the KRSU dated January 6, 1998 № 10 «On the division of the department of state -legal and criminal-legal disciplines of the Faculty of Law».

The department is headed by acting. Head of the department, Ph.D., Associate Professor Sydygalieva Ainash Sagynovna.
Being a structural educational and methodological scientific division of the Faculty of Law of the KRSU, the Department of Administrative and Financial Law carries out educational, educational, methodological and research activities, advanced training of specialists with higher education. The activities of the department make an important contribution to the development of theoretical research in the field of administrative, financial, tax, information, investment, budgetary, banking and other related branches of law

In terms of functional significance, the Department of Administrative and Financial Law is a graduate department that provides theoretical, practical and professional training for students, supervises coursework and final (diploma) work and organizes industrial and pre-diploma internships for students.
