A brief history of the department

The Department of Physical Education was formed in 1993 (order № 20-k dated September 7, 1993) and was originally called «Department of Physical and Aesthetic Education».

Highly qualified athletes are trained in the following sports: volleyball (m., f.), basketball (m., f.), football, aerobics, swimming, athletics, table tennis, weightlifting, toguz korgool, Greco-Roman wrestling, boxing, ju-do, chess, freestyle wrestling, kuresh, ordo.

The organization of training for students with higher professional education in all specialties, specializations and areas is carried out according to the work plan and work program of the discipline «Physical Education», developed in accordance with the requirements of the State educational standards of higher professional education of the Russian Federation and the Kyrgyz Republic.

The department is responsible for physical and vocational training of students.
