Career and Employment Center
The Career and Employment Center (C&T) of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University provides comprehensive support to students and graduates in employment and career growth. The center's goal is to help students confidently enter the professional world and develop key skills for successful employment.
The CCT provides the following services:
1.Advice and support in the drafting of summaries
CCT specialists help students create a resume that will make them stand out from other candidates, as well as prepare for interviews and effectively look for work.
2. Career events
The Centre organises job fairs, workshops and meetings with employers, providing students with a unique opportunity to establish contacts with potential employers, learn about labour market requirements and receive offers of work placements or employment.
3. Development of supra-professional competencies
The CCT is active through the Competence Centre, which organises trainings and courses for the development of «flexible skills» such as sociability, teamwork, leadership and others. Students who successfully complete the Competence Centre tests receive a «Universal Competence Passport», which is an important addition to the CV and enhances competitiveness in the labour market.

Analysis of data over the past five years demonstrates a qualitative transformation of the educational process in KRSU. The rate of successful employment in the first year after graduation increased from 82% to 94%. Particularly important is the increase in the share of graduates working in their specialty — this indicator rose from 57% to 73%.
This dynamic indicates that the university is successfully bridging the gap between academic theory and the practical requirements of the labor market. The increase in the number of «core» specialists indicates more accurate professional self-determination of students and the high relevance of curricula to the current needs of the economy. Taken together, these data confirm that a KRSU diploma today is not only a document of education, but also a guaranteed tool for a successful career start.
