Career and Employment Center
Today, the Centre is an important element of the KRSU education quality assurance system and is actively involved in the development of practice-oriented training, interaction with employers and follow-up of graduates' career trajectories.
Our mission <TAG1> provide support for the professional development of KRSU students and graduates through the organization of practical training, development of career competencies and promotion of employment.
Why is this important?
The modern labor market places new demands on young professionals. Employers need not only professional knowledge, but also developed flexible skills, practical experience, the ability to work in a team, manage projects and quickly adapt to changes.
The Career and Employment Center helps students prepare for these challenges while still studying.
Opportunities for students
Practice and internships
We organize training, industrial and pre-graduate internships in all areas of training KRSU.
Students have the opportunity to undergo internships in government agencies, international organizations, banks, medical institutions, industrial enterprises, IT companies and leading organizations in Kyrgyzstan.
Employment promotion
The Career and Employment Center helps: find your first job, find an internship, undergo career counseling, prepare for an interview, and create a competitive resume.
Development of supra-professional competencies
The Career and Employment Center implements soft skills development programs: leadership, teamwork, communication, emotional intelligence, project management, entrepreneurial thinking, public speaking.
At the end of their studies, students can receive a Passport of Universal Competencies, which increases the graduate’s competitiveness in the labor market.
Interaction with employers
KRSU is actively developing a partnership network with employers in various sectors of the economy.
Our partners are: government bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic, banks and financial organizations, medical institutions, industrial enterprises, international educational and scientific organizations, IT companies and technology partners.
Employers are involved in:
- formation of educational programs;
- conducting workshops and guest lectures;
- organizations of internships and internships;
- implementation of joint projects;
- selection of personnel reserve from among KRSU students.
Career events
Every year, the Career and Employment Centre organizes: job fairs, career days, meetings with employers, workshops, training sessions on the development of supra-professional skills, company presentations, career intensives.
Such events allow students to interact directly with employers and receive up-to-date information about the requirements of the modern labor market.

The Career and Employment Center is open to collaboration with organizations interested in attracting talented students and graduates.
We offer:
- selection of young professionals;

- conducting corporate workshops;
- promoting the company’s HR brand among students;
- participation in the development of educational programs.
Results we are proud of
KRSU institutional monitoring shows a steady increase in graduate employment rates:
- the employment rate of graduates during the first year after graduation has risen from 82% to 94%;
- the proportion of graduates working in their training profile has increased from 57% to 73%.
These indicators confirm the high level of practical training of students and the effectiveness of the university’s interaction with employers.
