The service ensures the optimal distribution of teaching time, classrooms and teaching staff, aiming to create the most convenient and effective conditions for students, teachers and administrative staff.

The main tasks of the Dispatch Service are

  1. Development of educational schedules

    The center develops a schedule for all faculties and departments of the university, taking into account the requirements of curricula, workload, preferences of teachers, as well as the features of classrooms and equipment. The main challenge is to create a balanced timetable that minimizes conflict situations and makes the most of training resources.

  2. Manage schedule changes

    In the event of unforeseen situations (for example, a teacher’s illness or the need to change the educational process), the Service promptly makes changes to the schedule and informs those responsible at the faculty about innovations. All changes can be instantly reflected in the online version of the schedule, which guarantees the relevance of the information in real time.

    For the convenience of users, the Service provides access to the current schedule through the official web platform of the university. Students, faculty, and staff can view schedules by group, faculty, and discipline, as well as learn about possible changes and current events.
