About the complex

Educational and health complex «Zhashtyk» — is a modern multifunctional site of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, combining educational, scientific, sports and health activities. The complex is located on the northern shore of Lake Issyk-Kul, 280 km from Bishkek, in a picturesque natural area. Its unique combination of nature, infrastructure and educational environment makes it an ideal venue for leisure, learning and events.

The complex is created as a space where learning, practice and personal development take place in a single environment. Educational programs, thematic sessions, forums, activist schools, scientific and cultural events are implemented here.

«Zhashtyk» combines a natural environment, comfortable infrastructure and educational opportunities, creating conditions for resource recovery, teamwork and personal growth.

Purpose:

Creation of a year-round educational and rehabilitation center of international level.

Mission:

Combining health, education and personal development.

Main tasks

— development of educational and project programmes outside classrooms
— creating conditions for the health of students and staff
— shaping the environment for intercultural and inter-university interaction
— development of student initiatives and leadership competencies
— carrying out scientific, educational and youth activities

Infrastructure of the complex

The complex is a single area for living, studying and holding events.

Current infrastructure:

— two-story building:

5 rooms of 2 beds
2 rooms of 3 beds
1 room for 5 beds

— 4 single-storey buildings (9 seats each)
— 7 two-storey wooden houses (6 places each)
— dining room with 80 seats
— summer tent for 100 people

Accommodation — 2, 3 and 4 bed rooms and cottages.
