Scientific and Technical Council
The Scientific and Technical Council (hereinafter referred to as NTS) of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University is the highest scientific and technical, collegial, expert, advisory and coordinating body of the university for research and scientific-innovation activities.
In its activities, the NTS is guided by these Regulations, the current Charter of the university, resolutions of the Constitutional Court, regulations of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation, regulations and orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
The work of the NTS is carried out as planned. The annual work plan is reviewed at the meeting of the NTS and approved by the Chairman of the NTS.
The activities of the NTS are aimed at increasing the efficiency of research work of teachers, researchers, graduate students, university students, ensuring the integration of scientific activity with the educational process and strengthening its impact on the quality of training of scientific, scientific-pedagogical personnel and university teaching staff. The activities of the NTS are based on transparency, collective discussion and resolution of issues, responsibility to employees and students of the KRSU.
Decisions of the NTS on issues within its competence are mandatory for implementation by structural divisions of the university, as well as all employees and students of the KRSU.
The decisions of the council are formalized by resolutions of the NTS and the corresponding orders of the Scientific and Innovation Department.
The Council acts on a voluntary basis in accordance with this provision and is guided by the resolutions of the Academic Council and decisions of the Scientific and Technical Council.
