PhD/by profile

The required documents for admission to the basic PhD/profile KRSU are:
- application addressed to the head of the educational organization (for admission to the entrance examination);
- notarized copy of the higher education diploma (specialty or bachelor's + master's degree);
- certificate from the authorized state body in the field of education and science of the Kyrgyz Republic confirming the level and content of educational documents issued by foreign educational institutions;
- copy of passport.
A passport or military ID (for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic) is presented in person upon submission of the application.
Deadlines for accepting documents and conducting entrance examinations:
Admission to the basic doctoral program PhD/no profile KRSU is carried out annually from June 20 to October 10.
Entrance tests in the chosen educational direction (special subject) and English are held on October 12-27.
The competition for admission to the basic PhD/speciality in KRSU is held on the basis of the results of entrance tests in the selected educational direction (special subject) and English.

According to clause 2 of Order 349-P dated August 6, 2025 "On the cost of paid educational services for the 2025-2026 academic year for 2-6 courses," a 50% discount in fees for all types of education has been established for KRSU employees studying at the university.
