University sports life

KRSU Spartakiads are held annually in 9 sports. Over the past 12 years, students of the Faculty of Economics have shown the best results. Over the years, volleyball, swimming, and basketball (women's) teams have become repeated winners and prize-winners of the Universiade.

The teams in table tennis, chess and athletics also became winners. The best athletes of the department in different years were: Master of Sports of the Kyrgyz Republic in table tennis T. Pronskaya, Master of Sports in volleyball M. Grishaeva, Masters of Sports in swimming Zakharov Yu. and Danilov V., Master of Sports in Greco-Roman wrestling Tairov T., Master of Sports in mini-football Tilekeev A., Master of Sports in table tennis Yakupbaev A., Master of Sports of the Kyrgyz Republic in chess Samaganova A., Master of Sports of the Kyrgyz Republic in judo Mamedov Ch. i Mantobetov A, world champion, master of sports in taekwando Faustov S, master of sports in football Kalyubin V, master of sports in boxing Porenko S.

For many years, the department has been organizing and preparing teams to participate in Spartakiads «Health» among the teaching staff of universities in the Kyrgyz Republic. The men's and women's volleyball teams became repeated winners and prize-winners of city and republican competitions. Over the past 5 years, the strongest team has been the KRSU streetball team. The table tennis team has repeatedly become a prize-winner at the Spartakiad. Under the leadership of the International Master of Sports Ostriy I.A. The chess team won these competitions many times.
