Ambassadors of the Competence and Employment Center KRSU took part in the III Forum of Ambassadors of Opportunities of Russia, which ended in Tyumen
The event brought together representatives from more than 20 regions and became one of the key federal platforms for leaders of student communities. He acted as the organizer Tyumen State University with support Rosmolodezh.Grants and platforms «Russia — country of opportunity».
Over the course of three days, participants were involved in intense educational and project work. The following events took place during the forum:
— motivational sessions about the possibilities of the presidential platform «Russia — country of opportunities»;
— expert talks on the use of AI tools for student community management;
— workshops on teamwork, communications and leadership development;
— design laboratories where ambassadors created their own initiatives;
— discussions on strategies for the development of university communities;
— team building workshops and business games.
The three-day program ended with a final strategic session, at which the participants formed «capability map» <TAG1> set of practical solutions for the development of youth initiatives in universities.
Competence and Employment Centre Ambassadors:
• we exchanged experience working with student communities with representatives of Russian universities;
• mastered modern methods of community management and development of social projects;
• we brought to KRSU a set of new tools and ideas that will help develop the student environment and launch new initiatives.
Each annual forum concludes with the creation of methodological recommendations, design concepts and practical tools, which are then used by universities throughout Russia. KRSU has joined this professional community, which opens up new opportunities for the development of student projects and strengthening the university's youth policy.
Our ambassadors represented the university with dignity and returned inspired by new ideas and opportunities.
