Anti-corruption games in KRSU: Prevention through interactive

Anti-corruption games have started at KRSU, organized in partnership with the Siberian Federal University (SFU) as part of a set of anti-corruption measures. The purpose of these events is — to present the experience of Siberian Federal University and demonstrate playful preventive approaches aimed at combating corruption.

Yesterday the first games took place, in which 40 students took part. Participants were actively involved in the process, and the "queese" format turned out to be especially popular. The game set the task not just to condemn corruption, but to develop skills in refusing corrupt offers. An important point was the understanding that the problem is not only about giving a bribe, but also about how to refuse correctly and confidently.

«Games allow you to practice specific skills and abilities that are necessary to prevent corruption in everyday life. It’s nice that no one was dissatisfied, and all participants showed active participation», — noted Irina Damm, head of the SFU prevention department.

The program also included an interactive lecture on combating corruption in education, during which real cases were discussed. The participants discussed the application of the acquired knowledge in practice, and also got acquainted with the experience of leading universities working on the problem of "anti-corruption gifts.".

Tomorrow, as part of the events, a new game for KRSU employees will be held, dedicated to conflicts of interest. This game will be offered in the format of an interactive training aimed at deepening understanding of the topic and improving practical skills.
