More than 100 teachers of KRSU undergo advanced training in e-learning

The Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University is implementing a professional development program for teaching staff, aimed at developing digital competencies and improving the organization of e-learning.124 teachers began training under the program «Tools and services for content development and e-learning organization». The educational course was developed by specialists from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University and is conducted as part of a strategic partnership between the two universities.The program is focused on the practical development of digital tools and technologies necessary for creating modern electronic courses and introducing mixed learning formats. During the classes, participants study in depth the work in the Moodle learning management system, which is the key platform of the project «Digital KRSU».Students master methods of structuring educational materials, developing interactive tests and tasks with automatic verification, as well as tools for effective communication with students in an electronic educational environment.«Increasing the digital competencies of teachers — a key condition for the successful implementation of the Digital KRSU program. We are grateful to our partners from SPbPU for a relevant and practice-oriented program that will take the quality of e-learning at the university to a new level», — noted Victoria Bondareva, head of the department for the development of electronic educational resources at KRSU.The training will last until March 2, 2026 and will end with a final certification. Teachers who successfully complete the program will receive certificates of advanced training.
