Students, undergraduates and graduate students of KRSU were told about the State Program «Turkey Scholarships»
On November 20, a meeting was held between KRSU Rector Denis Fomin-Nilov, FMO Dean Alexey Kulikovsky, Director of the Center for Turkology Elmira Osmonova with representatives of the State Program of the Republic of Turkey «Turkey Scholarships for 2024» led by Presidential Advisor Emrullah Bulbul.
The guests told KRSU staff about the advantages and prospects of the scholarship program. As a follow-up to their visit, representatives of the Turkish delegation gave a lecture for undergraduate, master's and postgraduate students (PhD).
From the lecture, students of our university learned that applicants have the opportunity to complete the program by registering for website from January 10 to February 20, 2024. The application form is provided in 8 languages, including Russian. Those who have entered the state program are provided with an air ticket, an appropriate scholarship, a hostel and health insurance. At the same time, a student who enters the specialty that he chose from the list of universities provided in Turkey can improve his level of knowledge of the Turkish language.
The program also has an advantage in the socio-cultural sphere – participants will be able to communicate with students from other countries, travel around Turkey, and immerse themselves in the cultural life of the chosen educational institution.
Listeners of the event asked numerous questions to the guests, who, at the end of the visit, expressed gratitude to the head of KRSU and the Center of Turkology for the opportunity to present the state scholarship program of the Republic of Turkey.
