Day of Slavic Literature and Culture in KRSU

The Faculty of Humanities of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University (KRSU) hosted the Days of Slavic Literature, dedicated to the celebration of the Day of Cyril and Methodius. The event brought together students, teachers and guests interested in the history and culture of the Slavic peoples.

As part of the holiday, lectures and creative master classes were organized. Particular attention was paid to the historical significance of the work of Cyril and Methodius, the creators of the first Slavic alphabet. Students and teachers prepared reports and presentations on the development of Slavic writing and its impact on culture and education. Also, as part of the Days of Slavic Literature, a reading competition was held, in which students demonstrated their skills in reciting works of classical and modern Slavic literature.

The organizers of the event noted that the Days of Slavic Literature at the Faculty of Humanities KRSU have become an important tradition that helps strengthen cultural ties and promote interest in Slavic history and culture among young people.
