Festival «Family History. Immortal Memory» has extended the acceptance of applications
The acceptance of applications for participation in the patriotic festival has been extended «Family History. Immortal Memory» until May 22, 2026. The competition is held by the State University of Management with the support of the Association of Student Patriotic Clubs «I am proud» as part of the celebration of the 81st anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
The festival is aimed at preserving historical memory, strengthening the connection between generations and supporting youth creative initiatives. Students, young teachers and teachers from higher education educational organizations are invited to participate. The competition is held in international and all-Russian directions.
The competition is held in four categories: «Best literary work» — essay, story, story or essay ranging from 3 to 10 pages, «Best video» lasting from 3 to 7 minutes, «Best creative works about the friendship of peoples during the Great Patriotic War» and «The best creative works about the heroic exploits of participants in the Special Military Operation». In the last two categories, participants can present both a literary work and a video work.
The festival takes place in two stages. The first — correspondence qualifying — will end on May 24. Works that score 6 or more points out of 11 possible advance to the second stage, which will take place from May 25 to June 14, 2026. The winners will receive diplomas of I, II and III degrees, as well as prizes from the festival partners, including the State Duma of the Russian Federation, the Foundation «Defenders of the Fatherland», the Russian Society «Knowledge» and the country's leading universities.
