Institute of Russian Language KRSU – education system of the Kyrgyz Republic
Institute of Russian Language named after. A. Orusbaeva held a significant humanitarian action called «Russian Language Institute KRSU – education system of the Kyrgyz Republic», dedicated to the Year of the Russian Language in the CIS countries. The point of this event is that educational complexes were donated to schools free of charge «We need the Russian language. Orus tili bizge kerek» M. Tagaeva, O. Simonova, also including collections of dictations and presentations on the Russian language for grades 5-8 and for grades 9-11 by B. Borchieva and G. Tagaeva. M. Tagaev’s textbook, revised to take into account new realities, which has already confirmed its practical value over many years, was also recognized in the Commonwealth countries.
Textbooks and collections were transferred to the city education departments of Osh, Jalal-Abad, Naryn, Karakol, and Talas.
The textbook «We need Russian» is an alternative course designed for in-depth study of Russian as a non-native language at an advanced stage of mastery. Unlike the current Russian language school textbooks for the Kyrgyz school, the educational material of this book is built on the principles of a systematic presentation of the lexical foundations and practical grammar of the Russian language. This educational presentation of the Russian language as a non-native language meets the objectives of teaching the Russian language in Kyrgyzstan, since it is important to master not only the skills of oral speech and auditory perception, but also the ability to write correctly and learn the world through a second language. When compiling this book, materials from Russian language textbooks for the sixth and seventh grades of the Kyrgyz school were used, which were revised and supplemented in accordance with the goals, objectives of teaching the Russian language and the needs of the present time. In the process of working on the book, the authors proceeded from the message that the Russian language in Kyrgyzstan is not a foreign language and is for the majority of residents of our republic, along with their native acquired way of active communication and knowledge of the world. The book consists of the following main sections: «Vocabulary and phraseology», «Phonetics», «Word composition and word formation», «Morphology».
The educational material of the book is developed through a systematic and consistent presentation of the foundations of the practical morphology of the Russian language. It is known that «morphology – center «of the linguistic space», and in order to recognize the language, you must first understand the morphology». Studying morphology – is not an end in itself, but a desire to give students knowledge about the structure of the Russian language.
The textbook material is based on the following principles: taking into account the close connection between morphology and syntax; use of the Russian language as a way to understand the world; immersion of the student in various communication situations that require independent choice of communicative solutions; activation of general lexical-phraseological and lexical-grammatical material in Russian language classes; education and formation of a secondary linguistic personality using the Russian language.
The teacher has the right to use textbook materials selectively – taking into account specific goals and objectives of education, the age of students, and the number of hours allocated for studying the Russian language.
In order to consolidate educational material, it is advisable for the teacher to refer to collections of dictations and presentations.
