Team KRSU — silver medalists of the Eurasian Interuniversity Volleyball Cup among girls

The Interuniversity Eurasian Volleyball Cup among girls, organized by the Public Foundation «Eurasia Kyrgyzstan», ended in Bishkek. Eight teams from the capital's universities took part in the tournament.

Team of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B.N. Yeltsin showed a high level of play, demonstrated team spirit and took an honorable second place, becoming the silver medalist of the competition.

The university was especially proud of the achievement of Temirbek kyzy Adinai, who received an individual award in the category «Best Setter».

The university management noted that the success of the KRSU— team is the result of systematic work to develop student sports, as well as an example of the perseverance and cohesion of the team.

«Our athletes have proven that the strength of KRSU — is not only in knowledge, but also in character. We are proud of their results and the confidence with which they represent the university at high-level competitions», — emphasized Stanislav Kulikov, Vice-Rector for Youth and Information Policy.
