KRSU and «Altyn Alliance» discussed the implementation of the Cooperation Roadmap
A workshop was held on the implementation of the activities of the Roadmap for Strategic Cooperation between KRSU and LLC «Altyn Alliance». The meeting focused on coordinating research and development (R&D) work, which is being implemented jointly in a number of key study programss.
One of the priorities was the development of improved medical examination programs for the early diagnosis of workers' diseases. Measures to identify risk factors and improve working conditions, which would reduce the incidence rate and increase productivity, were also discussed.
Measures to implement «lean manufacturing» principles to optimize processes and reduce costs were also considered. The parties discussed the need to automate and digitalize production and management processes — steps that will help not only increase efficiency, but also ensure transparency at all levels of the enterprise.
Particular attention was paid to the environmental component. As part of the cooperation, it is planned to introduce new technologies and practices aimed at reducing the impact on the environment. These solutions will be based on environmental monitoring data collected with the participation of KRSU specialists.
An equally important area was the modernization of mining technologies, especially in terms of processing ore with a low metal content. Optimization of quality management at a gold recovery plant using modern methods of monitoring and analyzing production indicators was also discussed.
The meeting participants also discussed issues of improving road safety on mountain roads, which is critical for regions with difficult natural conditions.
The meeting confirmed the high interest of both parties in developing a strategic partnership. Cooperation between KRSU and LLC «Altyn Alliance» is becoming an important example of the integration of science and practice, focused on sustainable development and innovative solutions in the industrial sector.
