KRSU and ANO «Russia — country of opportunities»: cooperation in the field of assessment of competencies and self-realization of students
A working meeting was held at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University with the participation of the university management and the head of the assessment and methodology department of the ANO «Russia — country of opportunities» Alexandra Vaza. The discussion centres on — the development of a system for assessing supra-vocational competences and the introduction of new career guidance tools in the educational process.
One of the key topics of the meeting was the implementation of a joint project of the KRSU Competence Center and ANO «RSV» — «Workbook of the trajectory of self-realization». This innovative tool allows students to conduct self-assessments, identify their strengths and weaknesses, and build a personal professional development strategy.
The workbook includes a set of techniques and practical tasks aimed at understanding career goals, identifying skills gaps and building an individual plan for self-realization. KRSU students will be able to use it as a guide when choosing a professional path, including taking into account the current requirements of the labor market.
Testing and development of supra-professional competencies such as communication, critical thinking, self-organization and teamwork, — an important area of the university's work. The introduction of new tools and approaches helps improve the quality of education and the formation of competitive specialists.
The parties expressed their readiness to continue cooperation, expanding the practice of assessing and developing the personal and professional potential of students.
