KRSU and CCI Kyrgyzstan discussed the development of career and internship programs

A working meeting was held between the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University and CCI Kyrgyzstan, dedicated to the development of practice-oriented interaction in the field of training and employment of students.

During the dialogue, the parties discussed in detail the key areas of possible cooperation. The focus is on — organizing paid internships for students, creating mechanisms to promote the employment of graduates, as well as joint development of career programs focused on the real needs of the labor market. A separate block considered strategic areas of partnership that would allow building a sustainable model of interaction between the university and the professional community.

The meeting participants emphasized the importance of early involvement of students in the professional environment, developing their practical skills and understanding of career trajectories, as well as the role of employers accompanied by young specialists at the stage of entering the labor market.

As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached on the preparation and signing of a cooperation agreement, which will consolidate the identified areas of work and become the basis for the implementation of joint projects in the interests of students and graduates of KRSU.
