KRSU and IT Campus «NEYMARK» have signed a cooperation agreement in the field of digital technologies and education

The Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University and the Nizhny Novgorod IT Campus «NEIMARK» signed a cooperation agreement within the framework of the XI Conference «Digital Industry of Industrial Russia» («CIPR»), held in Nizhny Novgorod.The document was signed by the Vice-Rector for Scientific and Innovation Activities of KRSU Evgeny Shekunov and the Acting Rector of the University «NEYMARK» Dmitry Kolesnikov. Senator of the Russian Federation Olga Shchetinina took part in the signing ceremony.The agreement is aimed at developing cooperation in the field of education, science and training for the digital economy. The parties plan to jointly implement educational and scientific projects, develop academic mobility, create scientific and educational laboratories, as well as interaction in the field of artificial intelligence, robotics, cybersecurity, telecommunications and digital infrastructure.Senator of the Russian Federation Olga Shchetinina noted that the agreement was an important step in strengthening the educational and technological partnership between Russia and Kyrgyzstan.«The signing of the agreement with “NEYMARK” fills a lot of work on the development of educational infrastructure and humanitarian ties between our countries with practical content. I am sure that it is precisely such joint initiatives that create a solid foundation for the common future of our countries and open up new opportunities for young people», — Olga Shchetinina emphasized.According to Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Dmitry Starostin, the agreement will expand cooperation in the field of export of educational services and digital competencies.«The agreement gives students in both countries access to joint laboratories, international internships and projects with industrial partners. We hope that in the coming years we will see joint developments, academic exchange and in-demand specialists capable of solving applied problems of digital transformation», — noted Dmitry Starostin.Acting Rector of the University «NEYMARK» Dmitry Kolesnikov emphasized that cooperation is focused on the practical training of new generation specialists.«Students will have the opportunity to study and train in an international academic environment, work on real projects together with industrial partners —from the development of artificial intelligence algorithms to the creation of secure telecommunications solutions», — said Dmitry Kolesnikov.Vice-Rector for Scientific and Innovation Activities of KRSU Evgeniy Shekunov noted the importance of the agreement for the development of modern IT-study programs of the university.«The development of joint educational and scientific projects in the field of artificial intelligence, information security, telecommunications and digital infrastructure is especially important for us. I am confident that this cooperation will become the basis for launching practice-oriented initiatives, academic exchange and joint technology projects», — emphasized Evgeny Shekunov.The signing of the agreement between KRSU and the IT campus «NEYMARK» was a continuation of systematic work to develop international educational and scientific cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Russia. The implementation of joint projects will expand the possibilities of training specialists for the digital economy, strengthen academic ties between universities of the two countries and create additional conditions for the development of modern IT-study programs, scientific research and practice-oriented education.
