KRSU and the Ministry of Labor of the Kyrgyz Republic discussed personnel training for the Russian labor market

Minister of Labor, Social Security and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic Ravshanbek Sabirov met with acting of the rector of KRSU Sergei Volkov. We discussed cooperation in training personnel for the Russian labor market and support for the employment of migrants.

Sabirov noted the importance of developing secondary specialized education and introducing best practices to increase the competitiveness of graduates. Volkov spoke about the KRSU College, where curricula according to the standards of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation have been updated. Graduates receive diplomas of secondary vocational education and have in-demand skills.

The college plans to train such professions in the future as:: welders, cooks, turners, electromechanics and others. If necessary, KRSU is ready to consider the possibility of expanding study programs personnel training, as well as creating a pre-migration center for retraining, advanced training, studying the Russian language and pre-departure training of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic.
