KRSU and Beijing Normal University signed a memorandum of understanding

A ceremony of signing a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of education between the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University and Beijing Pedagogical University took place at KRSU.The document was signed by the rector of KRSU Sergei Volkov and the vice-president of the PPU Wang Shoujun. The memorandum consolidates agreements on the development of cooperation in the educational and research fields.Beijing Normal University is one of the major educational and research universities in China. Today, about 40 thousand people study there, including more than 17 thousand bachelor's students and over 15 thousand master's students. The university also develops international cooperation and hosts international students.One of the key study programs will be the academic mobility of students and teachers. The Parties plan to develop exchanges for learning, teaching and research, expanding opportunities for international academic experience.Another direction is joint scientific work. KRSU and the PPU intend to carry out research on topics of mutual interest, organize conferences and other scientific events, and develop joint educational and research projects.Cooperation also involves the exchange of scientific and educational materials and the participation of scientists from the two universities in seminars, conferences and other academic events.The signing of the memorandum expands opportunities for direct interaction between students, teachers and researchers of KRSU and PPU and will become the basis for launching new joint initiatives.
