KRSU and HSE launch joint educational programmes in the format of networking
On July 9, 2025, the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University and the National Research University «Higher School of Economics» (HSE) signed an agreement on the implementation of additional educational programs in network form.
The agreement was the next step in the development of interuniversity partnerships aimed at improving the quality of additional professional education, expanding academic opportunities for students and integrating the educational space of Russia and Kyrgyzstan.
According to the agreement, joint programs will start in the 2025–2026 academic years on the basis of the International Institute of Further Education and Personnel Engineering KRSU:
In conjunction with the HSE School of Foreign Languages:
— «Business English in Finance and Entrepreneurship»
— «Business English for Lawyers»
Together with the Faculty of Computer Science at the Higher School of Economics:
— «Machine learning»
— «Industrial engineering»
In conjunction with the HSE School of Design:
— «Fashion Industry Product Design»
All programs are designed for people who already have a higher education and are focused on the practical application of knowledge, the development of professional skills and the development of advanced approaches in relevant areas.
The programmes will be implemented with the participation of HSE and KRSU teachers in a flexible format combining online and face-to-face modules.
It is expected that this partnership will become a driver for the development of the system of additional professional education in the Kyrgyz Republic, expand access to quality educational resources and increase academic mobility.
