KRSU at the round table on industrial relations in education

The Ministry of Science, Higher Education and Innovation of the Kyrgyz Republic, together with the Central Committee of the Trade Union of Education and Science Workers of the Kyrgyz Republic, organized a round table on the topic: «Modern issues of labor relations in institutions of higher and secondary vocational education and ways to resolve them».

Current issues of regulating labor relations, respecting the rights of teaching and administrative workers, improving collective agreements, as well as mechanisms for protecting social guarantees for employees of educational organizations were discussed.

KRSU involved:

— Yulia Kalyuzhnaya, the rector’s chief of staff;

— Nailya Valitova‘Head of Human Resources’;

— Vitaly Pankov, Chairman of the Trade Union Organization of Employees KRSU.

The event became a platform for exchanging best practices and developing proposals aimed at updating the regulatory framework and strengthening social stability in the educational sphere.

KRSU is actively involved in shaping modern personnel policies and supports initiatives aimed at protecting the rights and interests of education workers.
