KRSU participated in a conference on disaster risk reduction

The V scientific and practical conference dedicated to the Day of Disaster Risk Reduction in Kyrgyzstan took place in Bishkek. The event took place as part of «Disaster Risk Reduction Month» and «Climate Week». Among the participants was the head of the Department of Ecology and Emergency Protection of KRSU, Eric Mambetov, who made a presentation on measures to protect against mudflows in the country.

The conference brought together representatives of government agencies, international organizations and educational institutions to discuss modern approaches to reducing disaster risks in the face of climate change.
