KRSU participated in the solemn event to mark the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Kyrgyz education system and World Teachers' Day
Today, a solemn event dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the education system and World Teachers' Day was held at the State Philharmonic named after Toktogul Satylgatov.
President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov took part in the celebration.
The head of state congratulated teachers and workers in the educational sector, emphasizing the importance of the education system for the formation of a literate and progressive society. The President noted that it was thanks to educational achievements that Kyrgyzstan became a democratic country with high intellectual and cultural standards.
«Our century-old national education system has played a key role in making Kyrgyzstan a literate and progressive democratic country. Knowledge and science — the basis for the success and prosperity of Kyrgyzstan. Thanks to you, we will be able to build a bright future for our country!», - noted Sadyr Zhaparov.
In his speech, Sadyr Zhaparov expressed gratitude to the teachers for their work and contribution to the development of future generations.
The event became an important stage in recognizing the work of teachers and their role in the development of the country.
From the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University (KRSU), the event was attended by Vice-Rector for Integrated Security Ivan Kolpakov and Director of the Center for Historical and Cultural Heritage Leonid Sumarokov.
