KRSU continues digitalization: pay slips are now online

The Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University has introduced a system for automatically sending payment sheets to employees by corporate email.The project was implemented by the Digital Infrastructure Department in collaboration with the team of Tyumen State University. The innovation became part of the university’s consistent work to digitalize internal processes and increase the efficiency of interaction with staff.With the transition to an electronic format, employees were able to quickly receive payment forms without the need to personally contact administrative departments. This reduces time and simplifies access to information.An additional effect of the implementation was a reduction in the volume of paper document flow, which corresponds to modern environmental approaches and principles of rational use of resources.The development of digital infrastructure remains one of the priorities of study programs of the university’s activities, focused on improving the convenience, transparency and quality of internal services.
