KRSU strengthens role in the development of volunteerism and youth initiatives

An online working meeting of representatives of KRSU student youth, headed by Vice-Rector for Youth and Information Policy Stanislav Kulikov, with the head of the Center for International Projects of the Association «Dobro.RF» Leila Badalova took place at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University.During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for further cooperation, preparation of a roadmap for interaction and the development of joint youth, volunteer and international initiatives. Particular attention was paid to projects that can be implemented at the KRSU site and with the participation of university students.Among the key study programs interactions are — holding thematic sessions on the basis of the educational and health complex «Zhashtyk», participation of students from the Russian Federation in educational and volunteer programs, as well as organizing international volunteer missions in Kyrgyzstan.Separately, the topic of participation of students and volunteers in the preparation and holding of the World Nomad Games was touched upon. The possibilities of attracting volunteers, organizing eco-projects and the participation of international teams in volunteer activities during the Games are discussed.The parties also discussed the development of the volunteer movement, holding presentations of the ecosystem «Dobro.RF» in universities of the republic on the basis of KRSU, information support for joint projects and the implementation of student youth initiatives.The meeting was a continuation of previously reached agreements on cooperation between the Association «Dobro.RF» and the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University and confirmed mutual interest in developing international youth interaction and supporting student initiatives.
