KRSU in an international project «Summer Institute for teachers and researchers»
On July 28, 2025, the project «Summer Institute for Teachers and Researchers», initiated by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, was launched on the basis of Pskov State University, which will last until August 10, 2025.
The goal of the project is – to involve researchers and teachers from the CIS countries, near and far abroad in the scientific and educational environment of the Russian Federation, to establish and develop educational, research and project cooperation in the field of humanities, primarily philological sciences, between Russian researchers and colleagues from other countries.
Participants will immerse themselves in the research issues and educational traditions of the philological school of Pskov State University and its partner organizations, get acquainted with leading Russian scientists involved in the study of the communication foundations of interethnic communication, the role of the Russian language as a language of interethnic communication in the modern world, features of the reflection of culture, history and traditions of the Russian people in their language and ways of presenting this information in a foreign-language audience analysis of problems and ways to solve them in teaching Russian as a foreign language.
This year, 25 young teachers and researchers from Kyrgyzstan, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Armenia, Abkhazia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan took part in the project.
KRSU is represented by A. E. Ernisova, Deputy Director of the Institute of Russian Language, Candidate of Philology and Sciences.
The program includes lectures, master classes, excursions around the Pskov region, and also provides for scientific internships at the State Institute of Russian Language named after A. S. Pushkin (g. Moscow), at the Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and at the Russian State Pedagogical University named after. A. I. Herzen (g. Saint Petersburg).
This is a great opportunity for young teachers and researchers to expand their knowledge, establish contacts and gain new skills.
