Refresher courses «Interaction of languages and cultures: theoretical and methodological aspects»
November 27, 2024 at the Institute of Russian Language named after. A. O. Orusbaev Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after. B. N. Yeltsin held a ceremony to present certificates of completion of advanced training courses «Interaction of languages and cultures: theoretical and methodological aspects» (72 hours), which are included in the register of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. The courses were timed to coincide with the International Conference «Outstanding Russian Studies of Kyrgyzstan», dedicated to the 100th anniversary of L. A. Sheiman and G. S. Zenkov, and took place from October 15 to November 14, 2024.
The organizers were the Russian Language Institute KRSU and the Russian Language Institute of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia. Patrice Lumumba. The event took place under the auspices of the International Association of Teachers of Russian Language and Literature (MAPRYAL) and the Society of Kyrgyz Teachers of Russian Language and Literature (OKPRYAL).
The purpose of continuing training courses <TAG1> expanding the professional competencies of specialists carrying out teaching, scientific and practical activities in educational institutions. The courses were attended by 120 students – teachers of Russian language and literature of schools and universities, graduate students, master's students of philological specialties, representatives of all regions of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Advanced training courses were opened by the director of the Institute of Russian Language KRSU, Doctor of Philology, Professor Mamed Dzhakypovich Tagaev lecture «Main directions of translingual linguistics: artistic bilingualism, code switching, methods of teaching a non-native language». Then the speaker was Doctor of Philology, Associate Professor, Leading Researcher, Professor of the Department of Russian Language and Linguoculturology of the Institute of Russian Language of the RUDN University named after. P. Lumumba Marina Lvovna Novikova with a report «Linguoculturology as an interdisciplinary scientific knowledge. Interaction between language and culture».
Participants in advanced training courses heard messages from specialists from Belarus, Russia, and Kyrgyzstan who are conducting active scientific work in the field of linguistics.
Doctor of Philology, Professor of the Institute of World Languages of the Kyrgyz-Russian University. B. N. Yeltsin Zamira Kasymbekovna Derbisheva I gave a series of lectures on the topic «Linguistic and cultural factor in teaching the Russian language in a Kyrgyz or national audience».
Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Russian Studies, Ethno-Oriented Pedagogy and Digital Didactics of the Institute of Russian Language of the RUDN University named after. Patrice Lumumba Svetlana Valerievna Krasilnikova she spoke about «The linguistic and ethno-cultural identity of the peoples of Central Asia through the prism of Orientalism in Russian literature XX v.», «Categories and symbols of the space of Turkic-language literatures in the context of interdisciplinary discourse», about «Historical and cultural memory in the foreign ethnic space of Russian literature of the 19th – 20th centuries».
Professor of the Department of Russian Language and Intercultural Communication of the RUDN University named after. P. Lumumba, Doctor of Philology, Professor Uldanay Maksutovna Bakhtikireeva she has revealed topics such as «Interaction of languages and cultures in the fictional text of a bilingual author: analysis from the perspective of a systemic typology of languages», «House of being of the bi (poly)lingual personality. (Ontology of linguistic existence and foreign linguistic existence of a specific person)».
Doctor of Philology, Professor of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after. B.N. Yeltsin Milana Isaakovna Lazaridi gave presentations «Dictionary of Concepts fear, anxiety, anger, sadness, joy, shame», «Precedent names of antiquity».

P. Lumumba Dmitry Sergeevich Sknarev presented reports «Linguistic and cultural features of modern advertising», «Marketing linguoculturology: specifics, directions, prospects».
Doctor of Philology, Professor of the Department of Preschool and Primary Education of Vitebsk State University. P.M. Masherova, professor of the Department of Foreign Languages and Intercultural Communication of the International University «MITSO», member of the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Belarus (Republic of Belarus) Valentina Avraamovna Maslova she spoke about the significance of the topic «Linguoculturology: history, today and prospects».
Doctor of Philology, Associate Professor, Professor of the Department of General Theory of Literature, Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov, honorary professor at Shanghai University of Foreign Studies (PRC), honorary professor at Heilongjiang University (PRC, Harbin), head of the research project «Russian Cultural Space: Man and the World» Victoria Vladimirovna Krasnykh she revealed the problem to the audience «Psycholinguocultural aspects of linguistic research».
The performances aroused such interest among listeners that heated and meaningful polemics often arose.
From M.J. Tagaev, as the organizer of the courses from the Kyrgyz side, received warm words of gratitude to the Russian co-organizers for their deep, lively, sincere approach to the event, which confirms the fruitful cooperation of the IRYA RUDN University and the IRYA KRSU.
He also expressed words of gratitude to his Kyrgyz fellow lecturers and listeners for their efforts in maintaining and promoting the Russian language in the republic.
