Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University and LLC «Altyn Alliance» have concluded a Cooperation Roadmap for 2024–2026
Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B.N. Yeltsin (KRSU) and LLC «Alliance Altyn», the operator of the field «Jerooy», signed a strategic Roadmap designed for the period from 2024 to 2026. The document was approved by the acting rector of KRSU Sergei Volkov and the general director of LLC «Alliance Altyn» Sabir Rakhmatov.
The roadmap defines key areas of cooperation in the field of education, science and professional development of personnel. Its goal is to strengthen the long-term partnership between KRSU and one of the country's leading mining companies.
Training and advanced training
As part of the implementation of the agreement, it is planned to develop more than ten educational courses, including the following areas:
Safety and innovation in the mining industry,
Project management,
Leadership and teamwork,
Technical diagnostics and metrology,
Reclamation of natural systems.
Courses are intended for managers and engineering staff «Alliance Altyn».
Internships and practical training
On the basis of the field «Jeruy», internships will be organized for KRSU students. This will allow future specialists to gain practical skills in real production conditions.
The parties agreed to conduct joint scientific research in the field of increasing the efficiency of mining operations, as well as the development of environmentally friendly technologies.
Every year, about 100 employees «Altyn Alliance» will be able to undergo training on the basis of KRSU.
The budget for educational and scientific events for 2024–2026 is estimated at several million soms.
By 2026, it is planned to introduce more than 15 new teaching methods and conducting applied research.

The roadmap provides for regular evaluation of results and the possibility of updating activities depending on the needs of the parties.
