Kyrgyzstan-India: 2nd graduation of doctors

On June 23, a ceremonial meeting was held in the large assembly hall of KRSU dedicated to the 2nd graduation of general practitioners who are citizens of India and have studied for 6 years in English.

It is clear that the 1st edition took place a year ago and occurred during the covid period when the remote approach was practiced. The number of graduates then amounted to 17 people.

The current cohort is much larger! 6 years ago, 49 applicants were accepted, 47 reached the finish line.

At the same time, their results in the final exam in their specialty «General Medicine» were very pleasing, expressed in 21 excellent, 19 good and 7 satisfactory grades.

The atmosphere in the hall was more than warm, friendly and emotional. Its decoration was the graduates themselves, dressed in academic robes and hats, as well as other foreign students and their respected teachers.

The meeting participants were warmly welcomed by KRSU Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Professor Salavat Usmanov, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Anes Zarifyan and other university employees.

The official elements of the program alternated with artistic ones: songs, dances, words of gratitude.

The final chord of the meeting was taking photographs at the monument to A. Pushkin and cutting a birthday cake.
