The best eco idea belongs to a student at KRSU!

On April 15, an interuniversity eco-competition among students and schoolchildren of Kyrgyzstan, Sustainable Art & Design «From garbage – to art», was held in Bishkek. 1st year students of the Faculty of Economics of KRSU took part in it.

Milana Fatalieva and Kamilla Arzhimanova presented a dress model from old newspapers and prepared accessories from scrap materials, and Victoria Borisenko presented an eco-house project from natural materials and remains of building material. According to the results of the competition, V. Borisenko won in the category «Best Eco-Idea» and was among the top three leaders of the competition.

Our students also gave interviews to local media, where they emphasized the need to pay more attention to the environment in general and the problem of waste disposal in particular.
