Museum Month at the Faculty of Law KRSU

As part of the Month of Museums, announced by order of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov, students of the Faculty of Law of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University took part in a series of cultural and educational events.

In October, students under the guidance of curators visited the Museum of Fine Arts. G. Aitiev and the State Historical Museum. The excursions were conducted in groups and became part of the faculty’s educational work plan.

Visits to museums help broaden your horizons, develop the cultural competence of future specialists, and strengthen the team spirit of the student team. Such events allow students and curators to build informal interaction, creating an atmosphere of mutual understanding and support.

As Nasiba Eshmuradova, Deputy Dean for Educational Work, noted, it is especially important for future lawyers to develop a broad outlook and the ability to understand cultural and historical contexts:

«Knowledge to think broadly and feel the cultural context helps to become a professional with an inner culture and values».

For many students, these trips became not only an acquaintance with the cultural heritage of Kyrgyzstan, but also an occasion to feel like part of a single university family. Museum experiences inspire, unite and help us take a fresh look at the role of history and art in the lives of future lawyers.
