The International Congress of Immunology opened its doors at KRSU
Together with the Department of Infectious Diseases and the Department of Epidemiology and Immunology KRSU, the VIII annual international congress on immunology "Infectology, immunology, allergology and immunoprophylaxis" was held.
The event brought together leading experts in the field of immunology and infectious diseases from around the world. The congress programme presents a wide range of topics covering key aspects of modern immunology and its relationship with infectious and allergic diseases.
Among the speakers at the congress are outstanding scientists and specialists, such as Professor Valery Chereshnev, who talks about the role of immunology in medicine, and Professor Irina Aleksandrovna Tuzankina, who will share knowledge about congenital immune errors. The congress also covers topics related to social diseases such as Hashimoto's thyroiditis and atherosclerosis, and addresses the effects of post-Covid syndrome.
The congress also included an interuniversity Olympiad, attracting students and young scientists from various educational institutions.
The Olympiad's judging panel included experts from Uzbekistan, Russia and other countries, providing objective assessment of participants and support for international scientific exchange among young people.
