Dear friends! Dear students and graduate students, teachers and staff of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after the First President of Russia B.N. Yeltsin!
There is very little left before the chimes sound to announce the onset of the New Year - the most wonderful, magical and beloved holiday!
New Year – family holiday, and our university has undoubtedly become our second home, which unites a variety of talented, creative and ambitious people into one big family! I'm very happy to be part of this close-knit family. In such a short time, we managed to make friends and jointly achieve our goals in the outgoing 2023.
KRSU managed to implement many of the important tasks assigned to it. This became possible thanks to all of you, dear friends! The success of KRSU students and teachers in creative, research, and teaching activities – is a repeated confirmation of this. Our students and teachers took an active part in many international, as well as interuniversity scientific and practical conferences and Olympiads, often taking prizes.
I am confident that all these achievements and projects will lay new growth points for the university in the coming year, and 2024 will be even bolder in plans, richer in important events, big victories and pleasant changes!
Summing up the results of the outgoing year, I want to say that, although the year was not easy for the university, in general it will be remembered as a year of victories and achievements. Our university celebrated its 30th anniversary this year. KRSU — a magnificent, unique project with great potential. There is a lot of work ahead. One of the main tasks — is to carry out accelerated modernization of the university to meet modern requirements.
The new intergovernmental agreement on the activities of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, signed in October during the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the university, became a new starting point. We have to turn KRSU into a first league university. KRSU should be an important part of the cooperation between the two countries with an emphasis on training highly qualified personnel and scientists.
On New Year's Eve, let me thank all my colleagues for their creative work, for their devotion and sincere interest in all our affairs and endeavors. Our unity in the face of difficulties, our sincere desire to work and help each other remain the key to the sustainable development of our university.
The New Year 2024, like all previous ones, poses new challenges for us and poses another challenge, but I am confident that our joint work will continue to produce positive results. Only by joining forces can we maintain and increase the great potential that we have achieved in order to proudly say to ourselves at the end of the year: «We did it! We have made our dreams come true!».
Today, we are excitedly awaiting the holiday and strive to do something important for our loved ones, please them with gifts, surround them with attention, and also help those who need our support before discovering a new page in life.
Happy New Year! I wish you happiness, health, family well-being, fulfillment of wishes! May the coming year be bright, fruitful, creative and promising! Further prosperity to our Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University!
