The new issue of the magazine «Russian Word in Kyrgyzstan» is dedicated to the Year of the Russian Language in the CIS
The next issue of the scientific, practical and information and analytical journal «Russian word in Kyrgyzstan», prepared by the editorial and publishing department of the Institute of Russian Language named after. A. Orusbaeva (KRSU) is dedicated to the Year of the Russian Language in the CIS, especially since Kyrgyzstan holds the 2023 CIS presidency, which places special responsibilities on Kyrgyzstanis to strengthen and promote the position of the Russian language in Kyrgyzstan and other Commonwealth countries.
This issue of the magazine is chronologically traditionally associated with such important events in our common history as the celebration of Victory Day and International Russian Language Day, dedicated to the birthday of the great Russian poet – Alexander Sergeevich Pushkin. These events are reflected in the section «Our Motherland – Kyrgyzstan». The theme of the Great Patriotic War and Victory Day over fascism is revealed in the material about Kyrgyz front-line artists and in the stories of Bishkek veterans about the war.
A well-known historian and Pushkin scholar in the country, V. Voropaeva, has prepared for our readers an interesting article about the ancestors of A. Pushkin, who once bequeathed to himself and to us, descendants: «It is not only possible to be proud of the glory of your ancestors, but it should be...».
Under the heading «Life in the space of Russian language and literature» there is material about the International Scientific and Practical Conference held in KRSU «Russian language in the bilingual space of Kyrgyzstan and Central Asia: experience, searches, solutions». Organized the conference The Russian Language Institute prepared and published a collection of materials, which included articles by famous Russian scholars Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and young scientists – graduate students, undergraduates, aspiring teachers of these countries.
The section «Bilingualism and dialogue of cultures» presents scientific articles by scientists from Kyrgyzstan and Russia. You will also learn about the new documentary monograph by Doctor of Historical Sciences O. Sumarokova «Russian language in Kyrgyzstan»: milestones of the past», presented on the website of the KRSU library.
