A new service for students and staff has been launched at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University — chatbot @appeal_KRSU_bot.
With its help, you can quickly send an appeal on any issue: from proposals to improve the educational process and organize student life to comments on the operation of the university infrastructure.
To use the service, just follow the link, select a category and send your question or suggestion.
The new feedback format makes dialogue between the university and students even more convenient: fast, simple and without unnecessary formalities.
