Experience of an educational center «Sirius» for the development of KRSU
Acting by the rector of KRSU Sergey Volkov took part in the second module of the Personnel Reserve program in the field of science, technology and higher education, held at the educational center «Sirius». The module was dedicated to the topic «Talent Economics: infrastructure and social capital for the development of new social and technological national projects».
Together with colleagues from CIS universities, Sergei Volkov studied advanced approaches to working with gifted children, got acquainted with the modern infrastructure of the educational center and took part in a discussion of talent management strategies in the field of science and education.
The program included a busy agenda:
mini-symposium on the role of basic science in creating applied products;
tour of the University Laboratory Complex «Sirius»;
a strategic session involving schoolchildren and students;
presentations of successful projects in the fields of science, sports and other academic disciplines.
Following the module, Sergey Volkov emphasized the importance of the experience:
"I am confident that new knowledge and techniques will help KRSU implement effective practices that help improve the quality of education and unlock the potential of our students. We plan to use «Sirius's» best practices to further improve the educational activities of our university.'
