From theory to action: KRSU students have practiced fire and rescue skills

An on-site practical lesson for students of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University was held at the fire and rescue unit. The lesson was conducted by senior teachers of the Department of Ecology and Protection in Emergency Situations — Lieutenant Colonel Urmat Sariev and Major Mirbek Turusbekov.During the lesson, students worked in conditions as close as possible to real work activity. Students put on combat fire uniforms and practiced practical skills in working with fire escapes. Under the guidance of teachers, safety requirements, the procedure for climbing stairs and the algorithm for climbing the training tower were studied.Particular attention was paid to the correct organization of actions when performing high-altitude work, compliance with standards and interaction in the group. The teachers analyzed typical errors and demonstrated professional techniques used in fire and rescue service units.The practical lesson allowed students to consolidate their theoretical knowledge and gain the experience necessary for further professional training.
