From theory to practice: KRSU students trained in Ala Archa National Park

Associate Professor of the Department of Ecology and Protection in Emergency Situations Eric Sharsheev conducted a field training session in the discipline «Geology and Hydrogeology» on the territory of the National Park «Ala-Archa».The lesson took place over two days and brought together second-year students in the field of training «Technosphere safety».As part of field practice, participants consolidated theoretical knowledge in real natural conditions, studied the geological and hydrogeological features of a mountain ecosystem, and also practiced skills in observing and analyzing natural processes. Particular attention was paid to the interpretation of the data obtained and their application in professional activities.On-site classes are an important part of the educational process, allowing you to integrate theory with practice and develop in students stable professional competencies that are in demand in the field of technosphere safety.
