Partner day of the strategic session KRSU: joining forces for the future
On November 30, 2024, as part of the strategic session of KRSU, Partnership Day — was held - a key event that brought together the university’s strategic partners. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the prospects for cooperation and joint contribution to the development of the university until 2030.
The power of partnership
Acting Rector of KRSU Sergey Volkov noted the importance of partnerships:
«Today emphasizes: the university cannot develop alone. Together with our partners, we shape a future that is based on innovation, mutual support and strategic vision».
Presentations and feedback
During the Partnership Day, session participants presented five key reports developed by divisions:
• The technical division presented projects to modernize infrastructure and introduce innovative technologies.
• The medical division revealed prospects for improving medical education and strengthening the scientific and clinical base.
• The Human Capital Division presented ideas for training highly qualified specialists and strengthening human resources.
• The Social and Humanitarian Division focused on cultural exchanges and educational initiatives.
• The student division focused on improving the quality of student life and involving young people in the development processes of the university.
Each presentation was a proposal for cooperation, to which the partners responded with valuable comments and suggestions.
Opinions and initiatives of partners
Key partners representing leading organizations spoke at the event:
• Ilya Shagarov, manager of the strategic development department of CJSC «Kumtor Gold Company», emphasized the importance of training specialists for the industries of the future.
• Davletbek Tugolbaev, head of the company’s analysis and training department «Altyn Alliance», proposed introducing joint internship programs for technical students of study programs.
• Albert Zulkharneev, head of the Rossotrudnichestvo Representative Office in the Kyrgyz Republic, focused on expanding educational exchanges and strengthening ties between Kyrgyzstan and Russia.
• Dmitry Konstantinov, Rosatom representative in Kyrgyzstan, presented initiatives to train specialists for high-tech industries.
The Affiliate Day was an important step in building the KRSU strategy. The results of the day showed that the joint work of the university and partners provides conditions for sustainable development, innovation and strengthening the position of KRSU in the international educational arena.
