Premiere of the play «And the dawns here are quiet» — for the 80th anniversary of the Victory

On April 16 at 15:00 the long-awaited premiere of the play will take place at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University «And the dawns here are quiet» based on the story by Boris Vasiliev. The production is timed to coincide with 80th anniversary of the Great Victory and prepared under the direction of the director Anna Shmyrina.

This touching story about courage, dedication and the price of a peaceful sky will sound especially strong in the Year of Remembrance. Images of young female anti-aircraft gunners who entered into battle with fascist saboteurs will come to life on stage. Their feat — a reminder that Victory was forged not only on the front line, but also in the hearts of those who believed, loved and sacrificed themselves.
