KRSU professor Vladimir Ploskikh was awarded the Order «Manas» II degree
President Sadyr Zhaparov signed the Decree «On awarding state awards of the Kyrgyz Republic».
The awards were awarded for significant contributions to the development of the country's socio-economic, intellectual and cultural potential, as well as for great achievements in professional activities.
Advisor to the rector of KRSU, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Vladimir Ploskikh was awarded the order «Manas» II degree.
