RSUH and KRSU in 2022: a vibrant collaboration
The past year can safely be called rich in joint projects of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University and the Russian State Humanitarian University.
In April, the fifth issue of the annual publication «Proceedings of the Institute of Post-Soviet and Interregional Studies» entitled «Kyrgyzstan Studies» was published – this is a joint project of KRSU scientists and employees of the Institute of Post-Soviet and Interregional Studies of the Russian State University for the Humanities. The choice of issues for this issue was determined by the importance of studying the history and modern political, economic, social and cultural development of Kyrgyzstan for the implementation of scientific and educational tasks, and the teachers of our university – professors Bekbosun Borubashov, Aigul Bektanova, Anvar Bugazov and Askar Dzhakishev, associate professors Lyubov Skreminskaya, Temirbek Nurmatov and Nazira Tursunbaeva, senior teachers Salamat Choguldurov and Nasiba Eshmuradova – became the authors of the above-mentioned publication.
In mid-November, two friendly universities acted as organizers International forum for the professional community of teachers teaching Russian abroad, «Russian language and science of the 21st century: problems, achievements, prospects», which was attended by more than 500 philologists from Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Central Asian countries. The forum, held at KRSU, was attended by a large Russian delegation, which included leading specialists from the Russian State University for the Humanities. They shared their teaching experience, introduced students to modern cognitive approaches to teaching the Russian language, and also presented an emotional robot that speaks Russian.
Also took place in November scientific and methodological round table «Russian language: research and teaching», at which teachers discussed the problems they face in their work, and leading experts from Russia and Kyrgyzstan in the field of linguistics we conducted useful master classes for the participants. In addition, KRSU and the Russian State University for the Humanities we presented a scientific and educational project «Center for Eurasian Studies», aimed at conducting joint scientific, scientific-organizational, educational, educational and methodological work between the two universities, as well as uniting specialists dealing with the problems of Eurasianism.
Representatives of the Russian State University for the Humanities also replenish the KRSU library with various books and teaching aids. Thus, at the end of 2022, we received 708 copies of books (scientific, popular science, reference, educational, technical and fiction literature) from our Russian colleagues, 290 of them went to school at KRSU.
We hope that 2023 will open up new horizons and opportunities for partnership between our universities!
