The Russian delegation visited the Naryn region: steps towards strengthening humanitarian cooperation
As part of a working trip to the Naryn region of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian delegation led by the head of the Russian Presidential Administration for Interregional and Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries, Igor Maslov, carried out a number of events aimed at developing humanitarian and interregional cooperation between Russia and Kyrgyzstan.
As part of the delegation acting, Rector of KRSU Sergey Volkov, which took part in a number of meetings and events. The delegation visited the construction site of one of nine schools with Russian as the language of instruction, which are planned to be built in Kyrgyzstan with the support of the Russian Federation. Each school will accommodate 1,200 students and will be equipped with modern educational and sports infrastructure, including swimming pools and football fields. The project is financed from the Russian budget.
At the Naryn City Children's Art School named after Zh. Sheraliev, the Russian delegation donated gifts, including an exhibition dedicated to the composer P.I. Tchaikovsky, provided by Rossotrudnichestvo. This initiative is aimed at strengthening cultural ties and popularizing the Russian musical heritage among the youth of Kyrgyzstan.
At the branch of the National Children's Engineering and Technical Academy «Altyn Tuyun» in the city of Naryn, the Russian side handed over a certificate for 20 sets of Russian-made robotics. This step contributes to the development of engineering thinking and technical skills in the younger generation.
The visit of the Russian delegation to the Naryn region was an important step in the development of bilateral relations, emphasizing the parties’ desire to jointly promote humanitarian and educational projects.
