Russian dictation online – 2026 for foreign citizens
Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University invites foreign citizens with knowledge of the Russian language from level A2 to take part in the annual international online competition. In 2026, the dictation is dedicated to the 130th anniversary of the play by Anton Pavlovich Chekhov «The Seagull». An open mini-lecture on the topic has been prepared for all participants. Based on the results of the competition, participants will receive electronic certificates, and prizes await the winners.
