KRSU staff and students participated in the School of Journalism and New Media

November 15 at the Russian House in Bishkek «Komsomolskaya Pravda» held School of Journalism and New Media on the topic: «Journalist in conditions of information confrontation».

Staff and students of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University took part in the training.

The speakers were current media journalists and bloggers of Kyrgyzstan: Honored Journalist of Russia Galina Sapozhnikova, Deputy Editor of the Culture Department, Leading Editor of the magazine «TV Program» Artem Gusyatinsky, Chief Editor of the Telegram Channel «KP» Arsen Abdulkerimov, Editor-in-Chief of KP-TV Alexandra Lyabina and others.

During the work of the media school, it was noted that journalism directly influences the life of society, and therefore it is important for media specialists to constantly improve and learn new things.

The training participants touched upon the role of the media in the modern world, traditional and new media.
