Advanced training courses for teachers of Russian and Kyrgyz languages have started

Advanced training courses «Interaction of languages and cultures: theoretical and methodological aspects» have begun, intended for teachers of Russian and Kyrgyz languages. The courses are organized by the Patrice Lumumba Peoples' Friendship University of Russia together with the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after Boris Yeltsin.

The project’s online platform brought together more than 120 participants, including teachers, graduate students and master’s students of philological specialties engaged in pedagogical, scientific and practical activities in educational institutions. The training program includes modern methods of teaching languages, an emphasis on the theoretical and practical aspects of the interaction of languages and cultures.

The courses will last until November 14 and will end with an international scientific and practical conference «Outstanding Russian Studies of Kyrgyzstan» on the basis of KRSU. The purpose of the conference is to unite the efforts of philologists from Slavic universities to study the functioning and teaching of the Russian language in the context of its interaction with the languages of the countries of the post-Soviet space.
