Student scientific and practical conference «Modern current psychological problems»
A student scientific and practical conference «Modern current psychological problems» has started at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University. The event became an important platform for discussing key issues in modern psychology and presenting students' scientific research.
The conference was solemnly opened by the vice-rector of KRSU for educational activities, Elena Devyatova. In her opening speech, she emphasized the importance of such scientific events for the development of student science and knowledge sharing. After this, a jury was presented, which included leading experts: Avtandil Adykulov, head of the department of psychology KRSU, Olga Obidina, candidate of medical sciences, Irina Zhen, candidate of pedagogical sciences, Andrey Mazurkevich, candidate of psychological sciences, and fourth-year student Bogdan Voronov.
During the conference, participants presented their research in four main sections. The reports covered a wide range of topics, including the relationship between video games and aggression, the impact of social networks on the self-esteem of adolescents, coping strategies of doctors in stressful situations and other pressing issues.
Participants studied the unconscious, its influence on creativity, archetypes and individuation in the context of the works of Jung and Freud.
The crisis of family-school relationships, the emotional intelligence of children in the digital age, and the impact of technology on creativity were examined.
Special attention was paid to women in the history of psychology, the structure of abilities and self-concept, as well as communication problems and stress as an emotional state.
The event brought together both early-stage researchers and established experts. Each participant had the opportunity not only to present their works, but also to discuss them with professionals. The conference was an important step in the development of student science and the popularization of psychology among young people.
